I've had luck using multi spectrum desk lights. I'm using two on a plant started from seed, It only has three fingered leaves, but is budding nicely. I used regular miracle grow, until the leaves started to bend downward. Then plain water when dry. I just used a diluted 15-30-15 fertalizer, and the hairs perked up and crystals are now present. Hope it's as good as it looks.
