I have little yellow bugs on my plants. They hop off the leaves when exposed to light. They chew the leavs, but not all the way through and leave little black droppings.

Can anyone help me identify the little buggers?

Neem oil...have you any pics of the yellow bugs jumping when lights turned on..:rofl: kinda hard huh? good luck..there will be some here shortly that deals with those thrips take care and be safe

they are yellow and they do jump
I really need to figure out what to do without harming my wonderful plants
