I'm not getting donkey dong type buds. They are all real chunky and nice decent looking and size is fine it is just not that shape. Haven't for a couple runs now. Not sure if it's methodology or just strain related yet. There was a piece that fell off about 10 days ago and it's good stuff. I will get my computer scope going this weekend and get some pictures up. I'm still waiting. May 19 should be 11 weeks from the flip.

BM try using beneficial additives. Amino acids of various types vitamins molasses kelp humic fulvic acids and silica to name some. I add a dozen additives aside from the base nutes and the plants love it.

L
Yeah that too complicated for me I just use Jacks 20 20 20 and at flower I add Calmag
LOl yeah i understand and i had been doing the same for decades until a year ago when i learned the benefits of all these additives. Plants love different sources of different things in little amounts. Besides i am in hydro so i have to supplement everything. BM was saying that he would like "donkey kong" looking buds so i am suggesting a way to try. The improvement in my garden was drastic like double what it used to be.

I've been using recharge which has all those, plus kelp, helpful microbes, myco and more. Plants smile after every dose of it.

Yes i can see the value of this product but is too steep of a price if you know what you are doing and you need to use a big quantity. Microbes are already in soil you only have to feed them. I used jadam microbes a couple of times but noticed that in my hydro system i am not needing to supplement often as they are alive and well in the rocks and i need to keep them and lower the bad ones. Using things like lactic acid and vinegar are a great way besides trying to keep temps down but i was able to go with very high temps with these methods. I got to these conclusions when the environment was perfect the bacteria thrive to very high levels without adding anything.

More than likely 3 weeks still to go... maybe 4

It is like I have Micro Nannas ... Best I can describe them. Not everywhere and not on every plant, but the front one has a lot of them and they are def - for sure - open. You really have to look to see them until you spot the first couple ones, then you sort of see them in a lot of places. The back ones are fox tailing but the calyxes are not nearly as swollen, not even close - even in the older growth. Hopefully those are OK. But that front pregnant he/she 🤬..

I'm going to head back out pretty soon and snap some pictures.

Anyone ever have Micro Nannas?

Never knew they existed. I'm curious to see.

Calling the first set Micro Nannas... When you dig into them they are open. I know they are hard to see. I am having trouble opening them in paint to I can make circles around the alleged Micro Nannas but they are there and they are open.
Every single place where you see a little yellow speck - that is them.
I waited a bit to get them up to see if they would grow out and they are not.

I see the micro bananas. Damn they are sneaky. I've probably got some of them in the tent right now. The Durban Poison showed me a seed the other day. I don't mind a few seeds. It's not perfect but close enough for me. I expected the Cornbread to do this but so far I see nada in bananas. However, now you bring forward this micro banana stuff. I may have more than I know of..lol. We shall see soon.

Beautiful plants. I love it when a plant turns color. I have a Tangie that is turning either dark red or black. I dunno. It sucks being shade blind. I'll have to let the wife determine the color..lol. All I know is it's much darker than the other plants. I've taken clones and hope to see some roots this week.

I been saying for a couple runs now that I was going to go with regular seeds (not fems) and take clones - Bud them out and find out which ones are true females AND THEN - tear everything out and make a run with what hopefully is pure females from clones...

I promised Carty and the rest of everybody - The very next run is Gabagoo in the Hydro Tote... I hate that it is going to be summer time but I am going to purchase a chiller before I get very deep into it. - Sticking to that !!! - I've never hydro'd with autos before. Ought to be interesting.

Back to work !!!!

I will be watching. I am a soil gal because of tine constraints, however when my circumstances change I may try hydro at sone point. I will be watching this grow

Trichome pictures... Not yet... Still thinking May 19... Scope is telling me 10 to 14 days maybe more.
Didn't swim this far to turn around and swim way more than half way back.

Fresh bud porn. Everything is falling over and snapping branches because of weight. It will have seeds but not a lot. I can't remember but I am pretty sure seeds from something like this are garbage. Be nice if they wasn't - I'd have several Chimera#3 seeds to give away. I think I will pitch them all before they infect the gene pool. When they breed with themselves I am pretty sure they just make more Hermes. After my Gabagoo run I am either purchasing clones from a very reputable source here or I am going to make my own from regular seeds.

What I have been able to smoke of it is really good and tasty stuff. Sort of like Cherry cough medicine smell and taste - not a kids but an adult - slight brandy - boozy taste.
