Does this look like a good fertilizer?

This looks like the same thing in organic. Is it worth 13$? Or should I get their bat guano 10-3-1 and mix it with some worm castings and kelp meal for a tea?
The reason why i'm asking this hear is because the liquid 3-3-3 is a concentrate and I think I read to stay away from that. So if you no something about this let me no your thoughts

Never heard of it before but from what I read on it you should be fine with it. But to be safe you should start at 1/4 strength and work up from there. But anything that is 100% organic is good in my book...take care..
