ferts

I just started germing about 10 seeds a day ago by the water cup method, but im looking ahead into my grown and im not too sure what ratios should be used for veging and flowering. Since this is my first grow and due to other facts, im planning on buying the ferts and not making them.
Should I got for an all purpose of 15-30-15 or a high ration like 18-18-21 and for flower something like a 10-52-10 ratio? let me know what you guys think, im off to go buy new light

well in the veg state they LOVE nitrogen so go for a high first number for example mine is 24-15-10 mabye a bit extreme but my plants love it and for flowering they love potassium so go for a high 3rd number my flowering mix is 20-20-20 but thats because i kant find a mix in stores with high potassium
