Appreciate all the kind words. I talked to a master naturalist about it today before I chopped them all down and he said “have you really looked at all the plants? You may have Septoria lycopersici”. I’m too stupid to know what that is. He explained that since I had tomatos in the same garden, this disease spreads to cannabis easily. HOWEVER, it just affects the leaves of the plant and leaves the fruit (or buds) untouched. Did a bunch of google searches and hoped a bunch of what I thought was rot, and the leaves were all shriveled but the buds were perfect. I could pick the dried leaves out. I still have bud rot but not 80% maybe 20%. Just cut plants last 3 hours and things are looking up. Pics below are examples
