Halogen lights

I have a 500w halogen light, is it possible to grow with these at all? I have a small plant I can't really keep outside and so was wondering if there's a chance I could use the Halogen to flower it?

sorry and remember dont shoot the messenger but no they are not at all in the light spectrums need for the use of growing marijuana you could use cfl tubes or hid...well i guess halogen qualifies as hid but you wanna look for a hps in specific for flowering.
