Hello I’m new to the forum!!!

I have had a few outdoor plants every year with basically no knowledge I have grown some ok Bud. This year I’m starting a micro tent grow with whatever strain that I have. Maybe someone could help me identify what strain I have if I posted pictures? I also would like to get a decent beginner strain like northern light x white widow but I’m paranoid about ordering seeds. I’m doing a see of green in my small tent with happy frog soil. My plants are about two weeks old and look ok. I’m worried about my temps one day in Florida last week my tent got up to 85 but only during heat of the day. My plants are on 18/6 with the lights off during the first part of the day to try and stay cool. I would just put the tent in my closet but I have kids running around so it is in my shed. Do you think my plants will do ok with the temps between 70 and 85 at the hottest part of the day?

Welcome. I believe and stand to be corrected that they decriminalized seeds only at the fed level. Don't know if Alabama did. I'm pretty sure you can't get in Fed trouble for seeds anymore.

I been ordering them for years. If your planning for outside I would order in the next day or 2. Some companies are really fast and some companies take several weeks. I imagine in Alabama you don't have to worry about frost until late in the year if ever.

Welcome MG. I’m no good with strain identification by looks but maybe if I could try a sample when you are done I could come up with a good fake name
I too use to be paranoid about ordering seeds. Seeds are not illegal and if you order them by a reputable seed place, you will get your seeds quickly and discreetly.
I think 70-85 I’d perfect temps for weed so your shed tent should be fine.
start a grow journal so we can all keep up and maybe even help you. Post pics too. We all love bud porn here

Last few years about 3 I think and with decent results. On year I pulled about 2 pounds off of a few plants(way more than I needed lol) last year was a bad year due to the weather it rained everyday for a month and I had a few problems that really shorted me on bud. This year I’m trying to grow in a small tent so I can control the environment a little. I should add that I’m growing photo seeds so I was limited to one crop a year I’m im tired of smoking old bud. I want to keep it fresh this year and get a good strain. Haven’t decided on auto or photo seeds yet but whichever would be the fastest

To all you bud porn addicts! Plants haven’t looked right the last few days I did just repot them in 2 gal fabric pots this morning as the plastic pots was holding water in the bottom and the plants had some root bound. Maybe another to weeks of veg and I will turn the lights to 12/12 and get these budding out so I can buy seeds that I know what the heck they are.

I’ve bought thru them before. They did ok but I prefer great lakes genetics. If you are growing autos @joeb631a has a place that has some good selections but I forgot the name. You probably want to stay buying in the US tho so you don’t freak like I would if they confiscate your seeds.

Yes definitely I would freak. I’m still edgy about buying online but I really need a good small growing strain for my grow tent. The seeds I have are from my outdoor grow and I have had some 10ft plus tall plants. I’m kinda curious how they will do in my mini grow tent or how soon I should flip them before it gets over crowded.
