HELP!!! plant gonna die!!!

I just cant figure it out i dont know if its too close to the light or what but i noticed the leaves turning upwards and getting small brown spots. i just cant figure it out she is bout 20 days old. growing under 2 40watt fouros. its about 8 inches from light. am using soil that is supposed to feed for about 9 months. i have checked the ph of everything and its about 7.8. if anyone has any idea i sure would appriciate it!

7.8?.Thats your problem.Get it down to 6.3-6.8 and it will recover.

i dont think its overwatering i have been givving her about a gallon 2 times a week she is never dry... is that too much or not enough? another thing can i use vinegar to lower ph through the water?

You can,but i wouldnt recommend it,you dont know how much it will decrease it.Better to buy a pH kit,with up&down.

Only water when the top 1-2 inches of the soil are dry.Cannabis dosent like "wet feet",so its important to let the soil dry out well before watering.
