HELP! Premium Growers medium or Potting soil

Which should I use for planting my seeds? Premium Growers says helps retain moisture and prevents the soil from packing too much. Potting soil says... potting soil. HELP!

Go for the normal potting soil. I've only heard of bad experiences with those moisture retaining crystals.

If your soil is too dense, mix with perlite. Avoid inhaling the air born powder from perlite, your lungs will hate you for it.
