ok i know i'm new but yeah i've guessed what hermies are but the how and what can i do to reduce the risks would be nice please?anyone?

don't do anything to stress your plant out or it could hermie, the more you stress it the more likely it is to hermie. any plant can hermie it's just a matter of how much stress it takes to make it hermie. jmo hope this helps.

Make sure your plants are'nt overcrowded.
Make sure your grow area is ventilated.
plants like to have a light breeze on them too.You might want a small fan to provide them with aeration-along with ventilation.
Proper temperature..
