A fair warning: this month is basically a wash for me. I'll do my best to run a smooth contest, but between 2 family members funerals to attend, a week long trip planned months ago, and the busiest week of the first 1/2 of the work year -- my time is pretty limited for the next 3 weeks.

Are you kidding ? I cant drink Coke any more ! Every now and then I get me a bottle of Mexican Coke with cane sugar.
Had those days way way back when and now I cant drink a cup of coffee after 6 anymore ...

I have afib also and i think I need to cut down on caffeine too
