How long do you stay in your grow room on average?

I have an outdoor plant in a Pot so somtimes i take it inside our back shed where we just put a couch and table and my brother and i just chill there for hours talking and smokin, When im home i cant help looking at it once every 4 hours

its almost like a ritual.my grows are 2 ft from my bed.when i wake up,i roll over,unzip the front,check the temps and general look of the plants.i then get a cup of coffee and go sit on the side of the bed and stare,sometimes for an hr.then i am in and out of the flower tent all day.until the lights go off.then i am sometimes tempted to look then.but i refrain.lol this is more addicting than heroin
