Hook up the blower to suck air through from the filter. Don't try to blow air into the filter, just suck through it.

see that ^^^^^ is why they isnt a "Sticky" so many difrent ways for diffrent grow ops....I pull air through my lights and into a scrubber outside the flower room...some put them inside the grow area..your best to tell us what ya have to work with and peeps will help you set it up correct
