hydro or soil

hello all. i am wondering if i should go hydro. i have been speaking with someone. they told me that i am not getting the yield i should with soil. that growing hydo is better, for more yield. any response please

How many grows have you had in dirt now mslady? I think it takes a while to get the hang of each way of growing. I have never grown hydro but wanted to tell you my yield was terrible when I started out. Now it is decent but that is with a few grows under my belt.
