i need your opinions

i have grown many times in the past but due to leagal issues i wont go that far into it. each time ive grown i have done so indoors. this time however ive started outdoors then moving them indoors. i do not have the proper lights for growing but can i use a regular lightbulb?

also is it ok to move a plant from outdoors to inside

It's ok to move from inside to out but make sure you harden the plants off to the sunlight before you just throw them outside. The sun produces WAYYYYYY more lumens than any type of artificial light so they can go into shock and die if you just throw them into direct sunlight and leave them. For the first couple days, I would put them into a semi-shaded area before putting them directly into full sun. Also, you can move them back indoors but why would you want to do that?? Take care and be safe.
