I'm having issues with light shining through one of my vents

I use 4” dryer duct hoses in my input vents. If you put about a 180 degree bend in the hose, light won’t get in. I have also run the hoses into a cardboard box with holes on both ends. I used to cardboard box as a ‘drying chamber’ where I hung my trimmed branches. That made the stink from the drying buds go thru my tent so it gets filtered by the carbon filter.

I have this laying arnd my house. I will try and get that done tonight so these babies can get flowering

Yep I ordered a similar product off Amazon but the problem is tent vents are made to secure on a hose. Had I to do it over I would have attached the vent cover to a small length of hose instead of the metal short joins I used to keep the weight down.

Do you think I can use a piece of a old fabric pot and will it still be breathable so I can get air sent through the vent because it's my bottom intake man and I need that to be breathable but dark at the same time

Its going to block airflow where a piece of flexible duct won't.

I use a 25' run of ducting curled in a roll on top to stop light travel for intakes During lights out which will work with them on.

I doubt it that’s woven material designed to keep water and soil in. Water has a hard time passing through then so will air. Just going to tax your exhaust and run into heat and humidity issues in my opinion
