When I was looking at the reptile lamps, they came in ‘5.0’ and ‘10.0’ which I think means one has double the UV. I am not sure I would want to blast my plants with a light that would sunburn me in minutes. Might be too much and sunscreen probably tastes lousy when used as a foliar feed…

Spider Farmer makes some that look decent, but they only have UVA, no UVB.

The T5’s I have are UVA as well. From what I have read, that isn’t the spectrum that triggers the THC UV protection response(or maybe not as well).

I was at a pet store the other day and saw these. I like that one has UV-A and B but the heat I wouldn’t care for. The others have just UV-B.
