Just bought a new grow tent

I just purchased a grow tent (2x4x5)

What cfm do you recommend I get?

I have 40 cubic feet right? So I need an exhaust fan that is 40+ cfm?

EDIT: OK. I think I found the answer to my question. I think I'm gunna go with a 120 cfm so I can exchange the air 3 times a minute. I like THG idea of exchanging the air every 3-4 times a minute. I don't really want to deal with venting the lighting system, so hopefully a 120cfm or 160 cfm will exchange the air often enough so I wont have to worry about the heat from the lighting system.

But I still would like other people's opinion. Thanks!
