leaves curling up please help

1000 watts 36 inches from the top
I use 3 parts micro, grow , bloom

They were fine until last week, please help me fix this.

Did you move them under the 1000ws a week ago? I have gotten that a few times moving them from 400mh to 1600hps kinda of like a Lumen/heat shock or lumen change stress or something. maybe something to do with the light/heat too close for such young plants! Maybe good luck! oh ya I would just use plain old phd water for a while to.
