I am going to be using promix bx which i already added to my buckets with 2 tbs/gal of 10-2-1 bat guano (5% water soluble nitrogen) and is now fully moistened from rain water over the past 3 days but didnt get any runoff. Today I am going to add 3tbs kelp meal and 1tbs blood meal per gallon along with perlite to my likings (35%?).
DO I really need to let it sit 2 weeks? Could I just flush it with hard water and then add a gallon or 2 of reverse osmosis to each bucket to flush out some of the hard water and just let the soil dry for like 2 days?
I mean, is there any purpose to letting a soilless mixture sit... my bat guano is short acting so I won't have to wait for the nitrogen to be availible or anything
