light during veg/flower

Hello all i am currently growing an autoflower strain and am on day 22 of it and am going into flower. I was wondering how bad it is to expose light to it when the lights are off? A couple times when the lights where off i peaked into my grow area with a light..is that real bad for it?

It is a bad idea to interrupt the night cycle. During flowering especially, complete darkness is a must. If you did that during the vegetative phase of growth, it probably didn't hurt it, but still a bad idea. Try to avoid looking at them at night. There's no need for it.

Not a good Idea during flower. best to let them sleep peacefully
