Lighting while harvesting??

I am on my second grow and I have 3 ladies that are into their 7th week of flowering. I would like to harvest the top flowers then allow the rest to continue flowering, then after they are harvested a second time I would like to re-veg them.

My questions are:
1. After I harvest the top buds do I leave the lights on 12/12 for the rest of the plant and for how long?

2. Exactly WHERE do I cut the first buds off at to promote additional
growth?

3. When re-vegging do the lights go back to 18/6? How long before I see new growth?

4. The leaves on the bottom have thinned out......will they come back durring re-veg?

after you do the first part of harvest leave the light son 12 /12 so the bottom can flower
