If you're a beginner, I suggest Peter's 20-20-20.
Start off with a 1/2 strength solution, each time you feed it go up a bit until you reach full strength in about 2 weeks.
Also, let me suggest reading a grow book. You'll be glad you did.
Remember, the more you know the more you'll grow.
