LST during flower period

Just wondering if it would be alright to start LST during flower period if it was needed due to height problems? Would this be too much stress for the plant and cause it to hermie??

Bend them over, tie em up. If they can't go up you have to do it. It's best to do it just before the next watering because they are more pliable. How far along in flowering?

It's best to quit lst before the buds show but I've done it till a couple weeks before harvest. I highly doubt they would hermie and the stress isn't all that much.

whats Lst? . i tried tying one of my plants and it decided to ignore the tie and keep growing up.
