Mold, fungus or mildew?

Velvet, powdery coating on top of bottom leaves comes off easily on fingers, seems to be on surface? How do u tell the difference between a fungus and mold?

one is more white(PM) and the other is brownish dry crap...sounds like you have powder mold...I like to use an organic product called.."GreenCure"..spray the leaf (effected areas)...and or remove the leaf....How bad is it?....Can you share some pictures so we can better help you?..It is the mold/rot time of year

So u think its a mold, It was only about 15 dys old and only the top branches looked ok but didn't want to risk the others (4x4 tent) so pulled it..****

I looked at it with my magnifier lots of whitish balls..been looking for pictures but no luck. The plant was so small didn't think I could save it.
