There are lines miles long with honest people that have worked hard and followed the rules, MV had his chance and broke the NFL rules so the next person in line is up.

Money, not team or city pride matters any longer.
Do you want your son wearing his jersey you paid $175.00 for?

If society shunned the bad and praised the good we could get back on track.
Maybe OJ can get weekend passes to paly for a PRO Team again??
Go OJ.......................

It's not like it's a huge shocker anyway, anyone who was paying any attention to the situation knew it was only a matter of time before someone signed him. Let's not act like he is an exception to any rules, he isn't the first NFL player to come back after getting convicted of a felony.

I really don't know where the "money rules" thing really applies he is making just about enough money to pay off all his financial debts, and I doubt the Eagles signed him for money considering the amount of flack of even people who don't even watch football are giving them. This is more about giving someone a second chance because believe it or not some people can change so lets just see how this all pans out.

It is VERY unfair to compare any of this situation to OJ, especially when you say that Vick got off easy.

.."IMO".. the thread wasn't started in regards to 'sports', but was definatly directed that way by some of the members promoting an agenda.
