my lavander strain is not turning colors

i planted some lavander seeds and they are supposed to turn a very dark purple or red color but not for me. they are in the 4th week of flower. can someone tell me why

inside, AN nutes (just A+B) fox farm soil, 600watt hps bulb

HI,

Most plants that I've had turn purple/lavender have done so later in flowering... I've never grown a 'purple' strain but I've had phenos from some strains show quite a bit of purple in the leaves and flowers near harvest time.
