My Plant is Bleeding Blood

We had a AK-48 do the same thing one time OC but never really found out what it was. It was a pinkish color.

When I clipped the top of my plant it started "bleeding" from the top of the stalk... not much just a drop that covered the part that got clipped, looked exactly like human blood to me though. I never did any research on it, I figured all plants did it. But I clipped the top of another plant and it didn't bleed at all. Seems pretty weird to me.

Hmmm reminds me of when I was a kid. I used to cut this one plant we had in our yard and it would "bleed" out a white colored fluid. I figured it was to seal the wound off from infection. It was pretty much like elmer's glue. Maybe MJ does the same.
