need caterpillar killer

i have a huge plant with a caterpillar problem used ortho max garden & landscape insect killer. i see no results from this spray. could anyone suggest anything to help me with my problem?

I'd start picking them off

Take a 2 by 4 and cut two pieces abour six inches each place catapiller on one 2 by 4 and smash it with the other one squishing him between the two. Repeet as many times as nesisary

works wonders for any insect
