Where can I buy neem oil and how do I use it? Is it sold at drug stores? nursery's?

Perhaps. Got mine in the garden section at Home Depot or Lowes. Don't remember now.

Get the concentrate, not the pre mix. Directions are on the bottle. I just mix up a qt at the time and use a hand held spray bottle.

Spend the money and get the good ZEP sprayer, not the cheapo $1.25 ones. The first time you use it, it pays for itself. Well worth the $3.50 or so it cost.
