Titles rather self explanatory.... I am new to these forums and am hoping to wring your collective brains to get all the good info out..

transplanted from UK to Santa Cruz, CA. Last year moved up to Sunny (?) Oregon, just south of Portland and inland a little ways. Hmm... totally different up here.

have used MJay for years, started as 'recreational' in the teens and rediscovered for pain relief now (CRPS on a trashed shoulder!!. any others here with CRPS, I am open to discussing)

grew once in the past, back in the UK. Not much luck.

Trying again now, and am looking to build up to a nice Hydro set and doing it properly.
