New vape pen

Bought Atmos Raw Jr. Charged it 6 hrs, pressed charger button 6 times to activate it. When I try to use it nothing happens. No heat, no LED light. Am I doing something wrong?

should be 5 or 7 times to lock... I love my atmos'...

Yeah 5 times to lock/unlock. No heat or LED, I'd have to guess the battery has zero juice, or not making a connection somehow. Cause low battery will blink at least.

I never could get my Atmos to work right either. And I tried everything.
