One Branch has seeds the rest all buds??

I was looking at my skunk plant and on one of the beautiful buds i spotted a seed popping out! And it is a clone so how could it have a branch with seeds?? Someone please help me whats wrong with my plant? Does something trigger seeds to pop out? There are no males at all around just 6 clones
