Organic Pellets dissolve in water for quicker release to plants?

I was wondering if anyone has used organic fertilizer pellets? I bought some organic brand pellets but thinking they may take to long to activate to bring any real use to the plants but I may be wrong. Anyone ever use these kinds of fertz for MJ? And maybe the thought of dissolving in warm aerating water to make some kind of liquid fertilizer?
