so im just here looking for weed, i just moved here from Los Angeles where its recreational (state) but still illegal federally, its totally **. I went to a few weed shops here and they say I need to have a medicinal marijuana card. He told me all I have to say is I have migraines, is this some kind of joke? If they are that lenient with issuing marijuana cards whats taking them so long to make it recreational? Whats taking them so long to legalize it federally? We all know the answer therefore the question could be chalked up as rhetoric .
