ok so i got this meter thats telling me that my water is 6.5 but the ph test kit is telling me its 5.0 which one would u go by? is there anything i can use in the house to calibrate my meter like anything liquid that is neutral?

Are they both made for water? I would suck it up and buy some cali ration solution. Its not that expensve and you want to make sure your PH is spot on.

i threw in a few x tra pics cuz my house just got raided, someome snitched me out and all this is now gone. i hate backstabbing supposed friends. so yeah i have to go to the jail 2mrw and get processed and see what im getting for all of this... anyone got any legal advise?

The double probe testers are notoriously innacurate.

Digital is the way to go.
