Pot sizes

I have 6" diameter pots that are 6" tall...The plants in them are about 8" tall. My question is how long will these pots be sufficient? Also what should I be looking for as far as a root bound plant (some of the signs)?

I would think about transplanting soon. You should have atleast 1 gallon of dirt for every foot of plant. IMHO i wouldn't wait for them to get root bound.
