pre vegging

ok what is pre vegging? i read that the la confidintal seeds need to be pre vegged but idk what that is i know what the vegg period is so unless they mean germinating im sure there are more that feel the same way, help please

There was a post up a couple days ago about this very topic. I can't remember who threw this link up, but it was an interesting read on the subject of pre-veg. I had never heard about this either, but it makes good sense. Thank you to whomever posted this link originally, now it's my turn to pass it on...aint the internet cool like that???
