problem uploading a picture

this popped up in my "manage attachments" window after failing to upload a png file

anyone else upload their pics using png format?

I would say this site wont allow that ...even though its in the file managment...just the size it allows alone ....Holly smokes

thats what i was thinking. 2.8mb for a picture file is a large file
