ready to harvest, spider mites

just went to put plants up, outdoor, flowering 8 weeks and noticed mites under a couple of the fan leaves today, treated about month ago with neem 2 apps, never seen any until today, was going to harvest one of the 3 wed or thur when flush was complete and other 2 over weekend, 3 different stains, thrichs on one is ready mostly cloudy little amber so, is there anything I should do or that i can do, at this stage, have only found a few but sure there is probably more, washed all 3 off with water for now,thanks for any help
