That is the first step! When the seedlings are small, don't put the MH too close to them and check them often. MH bulbs put out a lot of heat--more than a HPS.

youd be better off starting your seedlings under cfls or fluorescents. the increase in transpiration can lead to your plants drying out much better to get less fc on your plants as leaf bleaching can occur with hid lights

no special strain just yet.just some seed from outdoor grow that turned out really nice. going to get a handle on this indoor grow before i go to a strain.
