Liven The Dream
Hey there MP, haven't posted in a while. I got the itch again recently after disappointing buds at my local dispensary. I got this clone and it's called Slimer. Not sure if it's truly the real strain or not but I took a chance.
My challenge is always with heat and location to grow. I decided to take a gamble and use my 300w Viparspectra LED to keep heat down. I have never done a SCROG with this light before. I'm using the only pot I had at the time way overkill at 20gal. It's a fabric pot as well so the air pruning I like, not that the roots will stretch that far but oh well.
I am using my own soil mix, a ghetto super soil at the bottom. I layer with sunshine #4, premium potting soil, work castings, guanos, live redworms, compost, azomite. Plus every so often, I brew some Killer compost tea!
She was so long when I got her from neglect, I had to bury her practically on the bottom, then I grabbed her main stem top it and then bent her over.
She is now 2 months old, small but the heat has been a factor in that. The lights only run at night now, this will be significantly better!
Today is the first day in flower, sit back and spark up a fat one.
Cheers
