Slow Drainage

So I am flushing out a pot of dirt, but it drains really slow, mo' then 1 hr and still not fullly drained. Wat is the cause.

soil is to compacted. Next time add perlite to the mix.

methods for what? draining water from soil is not a method, its a mixture. Your soil needs more perlite, peat, water holding gels, etc...

you need a better mixture. if the plant is young and not grown into the whole pot, then dig the plant out nicely and replant it in a new pot with a better lighter thinner mixture.

Plants should drain in 45 seconds to a minute... hours sounds like pure clay

Yeah that sounds like a bad soil mix....more perlite at the least.
