I'd like to understand if smoking two different strains at once is preferable to a single strain.
The few experiences I have mostly include smoking low quality hybrids in small amounts throughout the day to maintain good mood/motivation, or large amounts very quickly to hit the highest ceiling so as to enhance training/meditation, and casual low quality spliffs with friends.
I'm specifically interested in optimizing my routine of training/exercise followed by meditation (food eaten before and after, nap after), so I'm thinking a sativa before training, then an indica before meditation.
What do you think? Does anyone have experience with this?
