I've been reading this site for hours and hours and cant quite find my answers. :confused2:

I grow in an old fridge. Nothing lining the inside like mylar, just stock offwhite plastic. I grew 2 white widow with hydro. I only used 6, 15w, 6500k cfl's! Thats about 6000 lumens. My fridge is 4 square feet. They were 18" tall in 5 weeks.

I keep reading about how you need 5000-6000 lumens per square foot. Does this literally mean I should have 4 times as many lights in there??? Cause I cant imagine how they can grow any faster!

I'm gettin set up for the next grow now. I have it lined with mylar now, just wondering about adding lights.

If you don't have enough light the plant will stretch and get taller desperatley looking for more light. More lumens will keep the node spacing tighter.

This was more helpful than you may know! TY Mutt. You made me "see the light" lol

I will def add more this time....:D
