Just cought the news: Convicted peadophile off the hook because the prisons are too overcrowded...

kick some growers and green related 'criminals' out and make some room.. seems simple enough to me,

i did a 6 month term in prison once for trafficing a $25 bag of pot. the person that slept under me (bunk beds) was in for rape, the person dirrctly to my left was in for beating a guy with a crow bar ( they found brain tissue on the bar) , armed robber directly below him. to the other side of me was a guy that was a crack dealer also caught with a gun (extra three year sentence in this state) and below him was a guy with an aggrivated assault case.

here is me sitting beside all these other people, and for 6 months i sat there saying "why in the heck am i here"

I told the balif once: "thankyou for letting come here sir, this is great!! I got put in here for having a small bag of pot and a small pipe. you even let me stay in here for 10 whole days. I learned how to cook meth, kill a guy and walk, how to hot wire a car, WOW I WILL NEVER NEED TO WORK AGAIN!! And I thought I was the criminal...these guys say Im so good at poker and spades I should steal a car and go to vegas" I was sentanced 10 days in jail, $2k in fines, $600 in court costs, 50 hours of community service, 1 year court probation.(I also had no priors)..the VERY NEXT CASE was a man who had child porn on his laptop and talked to kids on yahoo chat, he got 30 days in jail and 2 years probation w/ counceling. When I was doing my community service I saw him drive by in his car w/ his top down drinking a pepsi. Now I live in Alaska and possesion of one ounce or less is not even a crime, public influence is 100% legal and there are no paraphanalia laws here at all. Growing in your house is legal as long as your accumulitive weight is less than 4 ounces or less than 25 plants and cured is less than 30 grams. So piss on that child porn guy I hope he gets caught again and does 20 years. As for me I got the hell out of that mormon state. Sorry for venting. Yeah, so it's not just the uk it IS also here in the good ol' U.S. of A.

Pedo's make me sick to the stomach. I think the death sentence should be put in place for child molesters / peadophiles / etc. I have a 2 year old daughter and i would go nuts if some convicted pedo was talking to her on yahoo.

I was repairing a customers computer last year and I came accross kiddie porn.

Needless to say, I rang the cops straight away. The computer was seized and brought to the main garda headquarters for analysis.

Eventually the pc was returned but the ******* was never convicted.

Why wasn't he convicted ? because there was no record of a credit card transaction on the pc.

This made me very upset. Here's what I said to the investigating detective.

"If you stop me walking down the street, and search me, and find me with some marijuana, you will do me straight away even though there is no credit card transaction. Why should this case be any different ?"

He looked at me and said " Sorry mate, it's all wrong"

As it turns out this guy is a reputable business man in town. In the mean time I have made it my MORAL duty to tell everybody about him. Still makes my blood boil now.

You from Eire? it reminds me of the scandal about Judge Curtain...

for all you guys not from the Emerald Isle, there was a case where a sitting Circuit Court Judge was caught with Kiddie-Porn on his computer, but he got off on a technicality as the detectives who executed the search warrant waited until it was something like 10 minutes out of date... this judge was suspended and now still gets a state pension of around €100k per year.

stuff like this makes me sick.

It is ok to go to Vegas and piss away your savings, it is ok to go to the store and buy $100 worth of beer, it is ok to buy as many scratch tickets as you want, it is ok to drink 3 pots of coffee a day. It is NOT ok to smoke a 5 dollar joint of good columbian sauna....now why is that?? By the way the only thing on that list that is not tax'd is the pot...hhmmm, the only thing on that list that does not have an entire group of government employees "moderating" it is pot...U.S agriculture dept. is dying, it is more profitable for farmers to subdevide for land sale and grow single family houses than it is for them to grow corn...open the market to Hemp and pot. Quit allowing for importation of vegitables from over seas and buy from our farmers first..(every year there are millions of tons of potatoes in Idaho that rot, yet we import millions of potatoes from over seas. same with corn.) This will bring back the family farm, local vegitables and allow for taxation of pot. Now for the small grower's that grow say...less than one pound. It would be handled the same as if you were a furniture maker in your garage. yet it would be handled by the local terrorist organization called the D.E.A...You get a permit, ability to write off your expences at tax time and declare a profit/loss..The same type of profit/loss decloration Donald political name used in 1997 to get a 1/3 million dollar tax break because he claimed to have lossed 3 million in gambeling debts...(works for the rich..) This would save the D.A's office billions a year in prosicution cost's and save a lot of time for them to find and convict child molestors. This would put MILLIONS in to the state and federal budgets for schools and raods etc....Even if only 1/3 of us actualy declare'd our grow it would surplus the government with alot of money and it would also slow or even stop the importation of pot from terrorist countries.

None of the rich people in power want to change things because they are doing quite well as it is. By definition the word politics is made up from 2 parts ... poli -meaning many ... and ... tics ... meaning bloodsucking creatures.

Politicians live in the pockets of the rich and the rich lick the arses of the politicians ... they're all happy.

The funny thing is that, even though politicians are supposed to be intelligent people, they are unable to think for themselves and cannot say things unless it makes the majority happy.

Unfortunatley the majority are the sheep, the ones that are afraid to say something or know no different.

The way I look at it is, its gonna take time. I mean 500 years ago we thought the earth was flat.

I have no doubt, that in years to come, society will look back in disbelief at how marijuana is perceived today.

Until then we gotta sit back and wait

some friends of mine n myself were playing poker n we had twin girls over at house..........neighbors.well the twins were playing with wife trying on jewlery n perfume,clothes.girl stuf u know.well these twins started talking to wife about thngs.wifecame to me n a crying n said the twins said they were being molested.of course did nopt ay it this way.we were shockled,to say the least.i called the child abuse hot line n cops showed in 10 mins.took all away.u would think this would b the end of story but oh no.i was divotrced from first wife for 17 years n she ran off with daughter i could not pay chils support cause i couldnt fimd her.well famly services checked me out n hiy me with 3,187$ in back support.my boss came unglued.well it was paid.again u woul;d think this is end of story .......but oh no.cops ame got me n took me to the cop shop just tyo tell me if i told who was molesting thoes twins that WOULD go to jail.now is that a bunchj of crap or what.
