unseen hermie

Well I had a hermie pop . didnt even see it till harvest time. Some buds are seeded, not heavily but quite a few. whole bunch of pollen sacks opened.
So I have a few questions,

1. i harvest where I have some clones going. Do I need to worry about these clones being dusted with pollen? (clones in veg, about 10" tall)

2. There is no way to totally clean every place in the room, how long is pollen viable for?

Im just kinda depressed, and nervous. Never had this happen before. Dont want the next batch to be affected.

spitz/spray 'everything' with water mendo'.. water destroys viable pollen..
Only if the clones are showing pistils, can they be pollinated.
