Greetings,

I was watering my Satori the other day.
The buds look great, nothing like a new bulb to perk up the plants.
That and watering every 4 days, just about the time they wilt.

I was looking at the trays under the 3 gallon pots and they were dry.
I had watered not quite enough and added more.
As the plants sat in the tray with 1/2" of water in it,
I thought,' their are roots all along the bottom of the pot and sitting in that water,
the plants are able to soak up that liquid nutrient easier directly, than from damp soil.
They can soak up all the nutrients they can hold.
So... I let them sit 2-3 hours before dumping the water and letting the pots sit and dry.
I let them soak up a lot of that water and when I was finished the trays were almost dry!
They drank it up!
I move them every hour or so and when the floor is dry under where they were,
then I take 'prop sticks' 1" x 2" x10" long.
These are props to hold the pots leaned over so that they can drain more.
Move them, move them, with 'a fan' on them and when the floor under the pots is dry.
When the bottoms of the pots are dry too,
I'll move them back into their place under my light.

The buds are looking great.
I have harvested plants that didn't look this good and they have 29 days till harvest!
I don't know if there are any 'Bat' phenotypes in this batch.
A new bulb every year is good advice.

Thank you...
