Has anyone tried Aquaglobes or something similar?

Its a globe you fill with water and stick into your soil ....When the soil becomes dry its lets air pass through it and into the globe.....When air is going into the globe the water thats in it comes out......Thus auto watering the plant when it needs it

Just curious?

not personally but few peopel i know have used them on other potted plants on decks and others on here. and all i recall sayin same thing. they a joke. but idk personally

All the ones I have seen aren't big enough to keep an adequate supply of water coming to the plant.I think you would be filling it quite a bit might find its easier to water unless your using small pots.My 3 gallon pots take almost a gallon a piece when I water.

have them...they wont be adequate for pot. more for looks unfortunately. They are great for things that dont need much water.

Thanks for the input guys

I'll be growing a small auto strain

Ill just stick with regular old watering I guess!
